Responsible for leasing luxurious apartments in Ho Chi Minh City to foreign customers.
- Learn and fully understand targeted apartment project’s knowledge & information.
- Build various channels and networks to find new customers for leasing luxurious apartments.
- Search and analyze to fully understand customers’ demands and situations to provide the most suitable apartment options for them.
- Respond to enquiries by telephone, email and face-to-face meetings. Ensure the urgency in responding to enquiries.
- Convert potential customers into apartment visiting appointments.
- Negotiate on the price, term and conditions between customer and landlord.
- Consult customers with necessary market’s information and insights to convince them to make decisions.
- Close deal with potential customers.
- Do paperworks after closing deals.
- Maintain good relationships with customers, landlords and agent partners.
- Spend at least 2 hours/day to seek for potential customers and 1 hour to update apartment’s information.
- Total revenue by deals closed.
- Conversion rate from potential customers to deals.
- Percentage of old customers return.
- Percentage of deals from Salesman/deals from company.
- Language: English, especially speaking skills.
- Have strong motivation for Sales.
- Result-oriented and ability to work under pressure.

- Salary Payment time: 5th every month.
- 15 annual leaves per year.
