Responsibilities
Recruitment:
- Plan and manage overall HR activities, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization, especially focus on talent acquisition, employer branding;
- Build up recruitment plan;
- Understand in deep of each position‘s responsibilities, requirements and benefits;
- Exploit the necessary channels to attract talents;
- Screen CVs and make pre-call to check the job matching;
- Arrange appropriate interviews with Head of Department;
- Handle job offer and on-boarding arrangement;
Requirement
- +2 years of experiences in HR field;
- Have strong knowledges and experiences with Recruitment Procedure;
- Have immense passion for HR general;
- Good sense of people development and company culture;
- Good task management skill;
- Strong thinking and ownership;
- Prefer 9X;
